Rotation (AABC)
In endless missions, rewards follow the A, A, B, C cycle, then repeat. In Survival each rotation is exactly 5 minutes; in Defense, 5 waves. The good rewards usually sit in rotation C.
Relic (Void relic)
An object holding a prime part. You farm it in missions and open it in Void fissures. Every relic has 6 possible rewards: 3 common (76% total), 2 uncommon (22%) and 1 rare (2% while Intact).
Refinement
Upgrading a relic with void traces to raise its rare reward odds: Intact (free, 2% rare), Exceptional (25 traces, 4%), Flawless (50, 6%), Radiant (100, 10%).
Void traces
Resource earned when opening relics (6–30 per crack) and spent refining them. Whether radiating a relic is worth it depends on the trace cost versus the probability gain.
Radshare
A squad of 4 players opening the same radiant relic. Since each player reveals one reward and everyone may pick any of them, the odds of seeing the rare jump from 10% to 1−0.9⁴ ≈ 34%.
Vaulted
A prime is vaulted when its relics stop dropping. Its parts can only be obtained by trading or waiting for DE to unvault it.
Ducats
Baro Ki'Teer's currency, obtained by exchanging prime parts. Each part has a fixed ducat value (15, 25, 45, 65 or 100).
Prime
An upgraded version of a warframe or weapon with better stats. Its parts come from relics and are tradable.
Void fissure
The special mission where relics are opened: equip a relic, collect 10 reactant during the mission, and your reward is revealed at the end alongside your squad's.
Drop chance
The official probability of a reward, published by Digital Extremes in their drop tables. A 10% drop doesn't mean 10 tries: you need 22 runs for a 90% chance of seeing it.
Forma
A consumable that adds or changes a polarity on equipment, resetting it to rank 0. Its blueprint drops from relics and is among the most common rewards.
Steel Path
The hard-mode star chart: enemies +100 levels, extra resistances, and additional rewards like Steel Essence. Mission drop tables stay the same.
